Is the API White Labeled?
It can be! On our Base Plan, you get a gray labeled api with the domain of apisimplified.app, however, upgrading to our Pro Plan gets you the ability to WhiteLabel the API as you see fit!
Does the API say HighLevel or LeadConnector?
Never! We will not display HighLevel or LeadConnector anywhere! We take white-labeling very seriously, and will brand everything to your agency. Should you not opt for the White Label feature, we Gray Label with API Simplified.
Do My Accounts Need to Sign In to HighLevel?
Not at all, the connections are generated by your Agency Connection. What this means is the initial connection will be made by an Agency Administrator, and we will use that connection for all other accounts used on your agency. Sub Accounts never need to authorize, it will just work!
Do You Offer Any Discounts?
Upgrading plans will help save you money for volume discounts. We are planning to offer Annual discounts in the near future, however, currently this is not available.
Can I Re-Bill for Access to the API?
Yes we do! On the Plus Plan, you can get reporting sent to you based on usage, as well as restrict access for unpaid accounts, preventing their API key from working.
How Hard is it to Migrate from GHL to API Simplified?
It couldn't be easier! Once you sign up, and authorize your agency, we provide you with an API key you use in place of the Authorization Token (the Authorization: Bearer <token>). Also make sure to change the domain you are sending your requests to from services.leadconnectorhq.com to services.apisimplified.app. Everything else is the same.
How Often is API Simplified Updated?
Our team of developers work Monday through Friday (except for holidays) and we update the docs as soon as they are updated by HighLevel. If a change is made by GHL on Sunday, we will update it as soon as Monday. Even with the docs not updated with new endpoints, new endpoints will work the second HighLevel pushes the update to their API.
